1. Services Overview

Peggeo provides professional services including but not limited to:

• Business and compliance consulting

• Policy and procedure development

• Training and recruitment support

• Compliance monitoring

• Grant writing and review

• Digital resource downloads

• Special project consulting

• Virtual strategy and support sessions

All services are subject to availability and may require a signed agreement and/or deposit prior to project commencement.

Client Portal Access

Clients may be granted access to a secure client portal hosted via SuiteDash to view deliverables, submit documents, track progress, and manage communication.

Use of the client portal is subject to the terms of SuiteDash, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Peggeo reserves the right to suspend or revoke portal access if misuse or unauthorized activity is detected.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

•Provide accurate and timely information relevant to the project or consultation.

•Participate in scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice for rescheduling.

•Make payments according to the terms outlined in proposals or invoices.

•Submit revision requests within the designated timeframe for each service.

3. Payment Terms

•Invoices are due within 15/30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.

•A 1.5% monthly late fee may be applied to overdue balances.

•A 50% deposit may be required for project-based work.

•Digital downloads and single sessions must be paid in full in advance.

•No refunds are provided unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal or agreement.

•Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

•Significant changes to project scope may require a new agreement or proposal.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, templates, and digital downloads are the property of Peggeo unless otherwise agreed.

•Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use purchased materials for internal business use only.

•Materials may not be copied, sold, or redistributed without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Peggeo maintains the confidentiality of all client information and project content.

•Client data is used solely for communication, project execution, and billing.

•Peggeo will not share or sell your information to third parties.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

•Strategy or consulting sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

•Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be forfeited without refund.

•For project cancellations, any completed work will be invoiced, and deposits are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Peggeo provides professional advice and services based on available information and best practices.

•We do not guarantee outcomes or results from the use of our services.

•Peggeo is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on consultation, documents, or digital products.

9. Website Content
