Process evaluation may consist of a signal process review for determining accuracy and efficiency, or a review of multiple processes to identify gaps in the processes.
How does it work?
Step 1: Initial Consultation (30 minutes)
• Discuss the client’s needs, challenges, and goals.
• Assess whether the project aligns with your expertise and capacity.
• Provide a high-level overview of how you can assist.
• If it’s a potential fit, outline the next steps for a deeper discussion or proposal.
Step 2: Discovery & Scope Definition (if needed)
If the project requires more details before providing a proposal:
• Conduct a detailed discovery call (45-60 minutes) to gather project specifics, timelines, expectations, and budget constraints.
• Request relevant documents, data, or examples to clarify the scope.
• Outline preliminary project deliverables and milestones.
Step 3: Proposal
• Client will receive a project proposal including:

✔ Terms & conditions
Step 4: Agreement
Upon acceptance of the proposal, client will receive an Agreement for signature.
